Dutchess Sheriff Makes 16 Arrests In Thanksgiving Crackdown

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Of the 16 arrests that the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office made between Nov. 25 to Nov. 29, 14 of them were impaired diving charges, according to a report in the Poughkeepsie Journal.
